Ph.D. in Environmental, Geological, and Polar Sciences and Technologies.
He does research on sustainability assessment methodologies such as Emergy, Life Cycle Assessment, and GHG Inventory, within the Ecodynamics Group at the University of Siena.
His Ph.D. thesis concerns the sustainability evaluation of five different Blue Energy technologies.
He collaborates in the European projects CityZen (EU FP7), MAESTRALE and BLUE DEAL (Interreg-MED), and City Minded (Erasmus+).
