Regional BLUE DEAL Alliances have been established in nine target regions in Albania, Croatia, Cyprus, Greece, Italy, Slovenia and Spain. Members of the Alliances include local stakeholders, SMEs, public authorities, research and education institutions and citizens.

The Alliances will facilitate knowledge transfer and capacity building of the entities involved, creating public-private synergies, that will extend beyond the end of the project, as permanent clusters devoted to Blue Energy deployment and Blue Growth.

The proactive engagement of the stakeholders in Regional BLUE DEAL Alliances will be crucial for implementing energy strategies and plans that integrate Blue Energy in the target regions.
