Dr. Ivan Višić
CEO, Pro Integris

Ivan Višić was born in Trogir, Croatia, on April 1st 1972. He received his Master of Electrical Engineering degree from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing at the University of Zagreb in 1995 where he received his Master of science degree in 2003. He obtained his doctoral degree from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing at the University of Zagreb in 2020. His research interests include substation automation, protection and control systems.

In 1997 he was employed by Končar Montažni inženjering p.l.c., as an engineer working on testing and commissioning of various power and industrial plants.

He was employed in the company Ekonerg Ltd. as an engineer in the Maintenance Control System Implementation Department from 1998 till 2000. In Ekonerg, he is focused on the implementation of the maintenance control system in power plants of the Croatian Power Utility (HEP).

From 2000 till 2007 he was employed in EXOR Ltd. working on design, parameterization, testing and commissioning of substation protection, control and automation systems. He was running the company’s office in Split from 2004, working on different power automation projects.

In 2007 he started PRO INTEGRIS Ltd with several colleagues. At the beginning he worked as the Chief Operation Officer. From 2016 onwards he is the Chief Executive Officer of this company.

Ivan Višić is a member of IEEE, and an active member of the B5 Study Committee of CIGRÉ. He is actively involved in the activities of several international CIGRE Working Groups dealing with substation protection automation and control systems.

During his scientific research he published one international CC conference research paper, several international conference research papers and several technical papers from his field of research and work experience.
