Capt. Kazem Agamy is the Director of the Maritime Graduates Affairs Center at AASTMT (Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport). Kazem is a Master Mariner worked onboard different types of vessels. Moreover; he worked as shipbuilding project manager for over 14 years with Oldendorff Carriers of Germany. He obtained his Master Degree in ship operation from the AASTMT, Egypt. Diploma at Maritime Law from London Metropolitan University, UK.

Since 2011, he has been a Faculty in AASTMT of Maritime Transport topics and maritime law. he is a board of Directors member of Cyprus Marine Maritime Institute since Jan 2018.

He is currently involved in strategic planning and business development to develop the cooperation of the AASTMT and the maritime stakeholders at regional and international level.
