Angelos Ktoris graduated from the National Technical University of Athens as a Naval Architect and Marine Engineer. He is Researcher at the Maritime Institute of Eastern Mediterranean a non-profit research organization, based in Larnaca Cyprus. Mr. Ktoris over the last 7 years has participate in more the 15 projects dealing with all the Blue Economy sectors. From 2016-2020 he was the General Secretary of the Naval Architects and Marine Engineers Association of Cyprus. He is currently the Secretary of the Board of the Cyprus Marine and Maritime Institute (CMMI).
