He has been an executive of the Port Authority of Heraklion SA since 1991 with a degree in Civil Engineering and a Master's degree in Port Development, Organization and Administration.

He is the Head of the Development and Planning Division of OLI SA, in the field which, among others, belongs to the management of European Programs and Cruise. He has presented lectures and papers at Technical or Environmental Conferences and I has participated in numerous exhibitions and conferences in Greece and abroad on Cruise, Environment, Technology, Port Works, etc.
